Introduction

Vista Paradiso is a large-scale private housing estate in Hong Kong jointly developed by Hutchison Whampoa Property under Cheung Kong (Holdings) Ltd and Concord Land Development Company Ltd. Located at 2 Hang Ming Street, Coastline of Tolo Harbour, Ma On Shan, Shatin, the estate has 11 towers, each consists of 29 to 37 storeys (without 4/F, 14/F and 24/F). With a total number of 2,032 residential units, Phase I and II of Vista Paradiso were ready for move-in in 1998 and 1999 respectively and are managed by Goodwell Property Management Ltd.
