The landscape of Vista Paradiso might be more appropriately called an aquascape because of the fantastic number of cascades and water features that are prominently displayed in the 270,000 sq. ft. of open space. All in all, 57,000 sq. ft. of water features, a landscaped swimming pool and sundeck create a tropical paradise.

One feels relaxed and laid-back looking at the diversified tropical trees and blossomed flowers in the 270,000 sq. ft-garden. Just stay away from the bustling city and go boating on the ornamental lake. Set your mind free by listening to the cascade and touching the gent and cool breeze.

Clubhouse Facilities

Serviced Clubhouse provide all kinds of facilities to our residents: tennis court, squash court, golf practice room, children’s playroom, dance room, sauna room, karaoke room, table-tennis room, billiard room, gym room, multi-function rooms, mahjong room, 3 function rooms and jogging track. Enjoy sunbathing on the sunbath terrace by the swimming pool and have fun playing on the S-shape slide.

Card Park

The 3-storey car park has 1,500 parking spaces for both private cars and motorcycles.

(1) Management fee of monthly parking :
       Private Card : $270 per month
       Motorcycle : License fee with $350 per month (including management fee)

(2)  Management fee of hourly parking :
       $12 (Free of charge for the first 30 minutes)
